- tutor conversations and screenshot uploads the student chooses to send
- audit records for privileged actions
What this template does not promise:
- It does not claim a particular company is the data controller.
- It does not describe a real retention period until an administrator sets one.
- It does not authorize sale of student data.
Suggested topics for the real policy: who operates the platform, why each category is stored, how long chat and screenshots are kept, who can see student work, how to request deletion, and how to reach the operator.
